How Retekess TD165 (SU-668) Wireless Beeper System (SU-668) Works?

Both keypads can be used to call the same pager because we need to call clients in more than one area. For example, if there are two pagers that can call the same customer, such as the food counter and the wine counter, then the customer can receive calls from two areas.

Keypad Transmitters

The system includes multiple keypad transmitters that are strategically placed in different areas or sections of the establishment. These keypads allow staff members to send alerts or notifications to the pagers.

Pagers

Customers are given pagers upon arrival. These small devices have built-in receivers that can receive signals from the keypad transmitters. The pagers will vibrate, beep, or flash to alert customers when their service or order is ready.

Communication Modes

The TD165 (SU-668) system offers three call modes: Vibration+Flashing/ Buzzer+Flashing/ Vibration+Buzzer+Flashing. This allows businesses to customize the notification method based on their preferences or the specific needs of their customers.

Canceling Calls

In case of any erroneous calls or if a customer's request changes, staff members can easily cancel the call by pressing the "cancel" button on the keypad transmitter.

Call History

The keypad transmitter also provides a call history feature, allowing staff members to review previous alerts and track response times for improved service efficiency.
