If you connect with a keypad:

set FN-6: key mode setting to 05 and FN-10: working mode setting to 00 first then pair

If you connect with the call button

set FN-6: key mode setting to 02(1 or 2 keys on the wireless call button ) or 04(3 or 4 keys on the call button) 

and FN-10: working mode setting to 01 or 02. 01 means you can set 6 areas, each area Max  add 99 call button, 02 means you can choose suffix to A: service  B: call  C:
