Placed at the boundary of the keyboard's working range
Extend the working distance of the pager
How do signal repeaters work?
Signal repeaters are devices that amplify and extend the range of wireless signals. In the case of the TD163 paging system, the working distance in open areas is 400 meters. By strategically placing a signal repeater at the boundary of the call keyboard's working range, which is 400 meters away, the working distance of the TD163 can be increased to either 600 or 800 meters. It's important to note that obstacles like cement walls, glass, and marble buildings may reduce the effective distance.
